You can paste “find me 10 cafés in Leeds that need a new website” into a chatbot and get a confident list in a few seconds. Some of the names will be real. Some of the problems will be guesses. None of it is something the café owner can check, and none of it will still be there next Tuesday when you open the same chat.
That is the gap Zenvylo is built for. The useful part is not a nicer paragraph. It is a record.
What a fetch can say, and what it cannot
When Zenvylo looks at a site it records things a program can actually see: did the page load, did the final address use HTTPS, was there a viewport tag, how many milliseconds the response took, was there a title, a meta description, a tel: link, a form, a known booking link, an analytics snippet, structured data. Each issue on the lead is a sentence that quotes one of those checks.
It does not know their revenue, their foot traffic, or whether they “desperately need you”. If a number is not from the fetch or from OpenStreetMap, it is not on the proof page.
Memory is the part you come back for
A first scan is a list. The reason to open the app again is the second scan of the same list. Save the café. A week later, re-check it. If the site now times out, or a Fresha link appeared, or HTTPS showed up, that is a different email than the one you almost sent. A chatbot does not have last week’s measurement unless you paste it back in, and even then it is trusting you.
Follow-up dates sit on the same screen. The desk is short on purpose: what changed, who you said you would contact, and the strongest leads you have not touched.
A page the owner can open
The proof link is the measurement, not a screenshot. The code on the page is a hash of those checks. Change a sentence in the link and the code stops matching. You can read how that is built, in plain language, and then try it from a lead card. Related: how to send a proof page and cold emails that cite a check.
Look at a sample desk
The sample is labelled as a sample. It is not a live scan. A real scan uses your free allowance.
