Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms are a draft. The operator named below is a placeholder and a human needs to review this page before you rely on it.
These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], of [LEGAL ENTITY ADDRESS] (“Zenvylo”, “we”). The product is the website at zenvylo.app.
The service
Zenvylo helps freelancers find local businesses and look at their public websites. It reads business listings from OpenStreetMap and fetches publicly available web pages. It records things it can see, such as whether a page loaded, whether it used HTTPS, and whether certain tags or links were present. It can store those results, compare a later fetch, and build a page you can share.
Some plans can ask a language model to draft emails or other text. That text is generated. It is not a fact, a promise, or professional advice. You have to read it before you send it.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a scan will find customers, that a measurement is complete, that a website will look the same when the owner checks it, or that anyone will reply to you. Scores are a ranking of the checks we ran, not a prediction of revenue or traffic. OpenStreetMap data can be missing or wrong. A fetch can fail because a site blocks automated requests.
OpenStreetMap
Business listings come from the OpenStreetMap project and are © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). You can review that licence at openstreetmap.org/copyright. Do not present the map data as if you collected it yourself.
Your account and plans
You need an email address to sign in. Free and paid plans have scan limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel from the subscription screen or by emailing support@zenvylo.app. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded unless the law where you live requires it. We do not change prices on a current period without telling you. Billing is handled by the payment provider already connected to the account. We do not store full card numbers.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Zenvylo to break into systems, scan private networks, or fetch anything that is not a public website you have a reason to look at.
- Do not send spam. If you email or call a business, follow the law that applies to you, including CAN-SPAM in the United States and the GDPR and PECR where they apply. That means a real identity, a real postal address where the law requires one, an honest subject line, and a way to opt out.
- Do not invent measurements, traffic, or revenue in outreach and pretend Zenvylo verified them.
- Do not resell raw scan dumps as a competing dataset.
- Do not abuse the service in a way that knocks over other people’s websites. We fetch pages at a limited rate on purpose.
We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
Notes, imported spreadsheets, and the messages you send are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the product can run. Proof links contain the measurements in the link itself. Anyone with the link can read that page.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or decisions you make from a report. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not let us remove.
